Operational challenges

The Baiyan classes set up by the backbone of different business sectors in the XX technology company Content Ecology College have not been precipitated to produce intuitive knowledge results after each semester's study; the content ecological thinking is difficult to penetrate into the bone marrow and integrate into the process of business work; without the habit of knowledge inheritance, each new student can not stand on the shoulders of former students while keep start to lean the same new knowledge always.

Solution

We embeded knowledge extraction method into the curriculum system of Bai Yan Class's "learning" stage; Supporting Bai Yan Class's pre-learning, "learning" stage, and "after-learning" stage,  promoting business case writing in each group's "training" and "using" stages; Supporting the final formation of each group's cases, reviewing and feedback each group's gradually formed cases. Help each group to revise and form the final version of the content ecological thinking application case set.     

Result effectiveness 

Based on the guiding principle of content-based ecological thinking, knowledge extraction is carried out by combining the work practice and application cases of Baiyan class students, promoting the implementation of the output of content-based ecological thinking, promoting the integration of pre-school, post-school and post-school into the daily business process, and knowledge management empowerment business performance.
